This iconic hilt was crafted LIVE from my shop on Friday the 11th! Its hilt is made from Walnut and is contrasted by the Maple grips that run along the side. The activator plate includes Iroko, a golden color, which has been wood-burned to include the design on top (a decision helped along by my live audience!). Other greebles are made from Padauk and Maple and it “floats” over a base made from an unidentified burl, also selected by viewers!
