Refund/Returns

Overview

I do have a 30-day return/refund policy. If the piece arrives damaged or incomplete, contact me at averagedesignedwood@gmail.com and make sure to include photos. At this point, we can set up a system to ship the piece back to me for repairs (shipping will be covered both ways).

If you wish to return the product for a refund for any reason, contact me at averagedesignedwood@gmail.com and we can set up the return. The piece must be returned (shipping will not be covered) before the refund is issued to avoid scams.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
