A wooden recreation of Luke’s lightsaber, built by Anakin and given to him by Obi Wan in Episode IV! The original design from the movies is actually a Graflex camera flash handle. This one, however, is made from Sapele with the smaller details being made from Maple and Sycamore and the black strips on the handle being made from Black Wenge. All of the colors on this piece are the natural colors of the wood. It sits upon a base that uses the natural textures of a redwood burl that has been painted to give off a snowy texture. The base is meant to depict the scene where Luke is stuck in the Wampa cave in Hoth and is trying to use the force to bring his weapon to him!
